We will deliver the goods wherever you need. Or you can pick them up at a collection point with free shipping.

Delivery options

Personal pickup

HAKR Stores

  • Prague, Brno, Ostrava
  • Goods usually ready for pickup 2-5 days after ordering
  • When your package is ready for pickup, you will receive an email.
  • We will hold your order for up to 7 business days.

Delivery anywhere you need

DPD

loho dpd 120 CZK
  • Free delivery for orders over 5,000 CZK.
  • DPD delivers smaller parcels (does not transport roof boxes or Cross motorcycle carriers).
  • You will receive the goods 2-5 days after the order has been paid.
  • We will inform you of the estimated delivery time via SMS.
  • If the driver doesn’t reach you, they will try again the next business day. After that, the package will be stored at the nearest DPD pickup point, where it will wait for you for up to 7 days.

Toptrans

loho TOPTRANS 120 CZK
  • Free delivery for orders over 5,000 CZK.
  • Toptrans delivers larger shipments containing roof boxes or the Cross motorcycle carrier.
  • You will receive the goods within 24h after the carrier takes over the shipment.
  • We will inform you of the estimated delivery time via SMS.

Payment options

  • Available only for personal pickup at the store.
  • Pay immediately after completing your order via the online payment gateway.
  • Pay upon receiving the package from the delivery company. Payment possible in cash or by card. If you want to pay by card, please specify it in the order in advance.
